Brass Monkey One

DESIGNER: Steve Nicholls, Ali Morris MATERIAL: Brass, Stainless Steel SIZE: 2.75" (7 cm) Brass Monkey One is a beautifully handcrafted version of a classic six-piece burr puzzle. The solid key piece contains a stainless steel ball detent, which helps it click satisfyingly into place. Brass Monkey One is shown in the pictures both assembled and in pieces. Brass Monkey One measures in at 7cmx7cmx7cm. Each piece is 19mm in diameter. It weighs in at just under 800g, around 1.75 pounds. It's well made, precise and heavy. This puzzle is number one of a series of puzzles that look similar but have different assemblies. Brass Monkey Two and Three are increasingly difficult!
