The Detour Puzzle Boxwas developed as a Christmas present for Karakuri Members in 2024. The crafter describes this work by stating the following: " The drawer opens a little bit, but it won't open fully. Can you guess how to open it? As the name suggests, it will open by taking a detour. I also took a detour to make this box: I revised the drawing and had to make many prototypes. Just like the solution to open it, it may not be such a bad idea to take a detour in your life ." Crafted of Maple, Walnut and Magnolia. Exterior measures 83 x 64 x 50 mm. with secret spaces measuring 20 x 19 x 14 mm. Comes in Gift Box and Opening Diagram!
