Gift Burr has the familiar shape of the traditional six piece star burr. Unlike the traditional burr, this puzzle is anything but simple to assemble. The notches are irregular and create a lovely parity issue where every time you attempt the last piece it simply doesn't line up. Not impossibly challenging for an experienced puzzler, this one is nonetheless trickier than it looks. Construction of this puzzle is excellent, with angles and dimensions dead on. It's a pleasure to handle a well made star burr since so many are poorly executed. This puzzle is shipped disassembled. This item is sold out and no longer available.
