Karakuri Book Puzzle Box

Karakuri describes this work in the following manner. " This is a drawer in the shape of a book. It's a magic box that says, "If you put an item inside and close it, the item will disappear when you open it next time." This work is greatly improved from the original version of the "Book Box" (P-6-1) created by Kamei in 1983." Crafted in Walnut, Mizuki (Dogwood), Maple, Magnolia, Padoauk, Cheese Wood, Kobushi Magnolia and Magnolia. Measure 150 x 113 x 61 mm with a storage space of 89 x 54 x 28 mm. Not a very complex piece, but beautifully crafted. Will arrive with opening diagram and gift box!
