In the maker's words

The Moon Puzzle that was distributed as a Christmas gift to select 2020 Karakuri Members. The crafter describes the puzzle in the following manner, " The theme is the phases of the moon. It's relatively easy for me to create a complicated Karakuri box by increasing the number of moves, but it's not so easy to create a convincing box with fewer moves. Compared to my Christmas presents of the past, the theme and the trick are clearer, although it may be a bit lacking when you consider just the number of moves. " The exterior of the puzzle measures approximately 70 x 70 x70 mm (2.76 x 2.76 x 2.76 inches). Crafted in Magnolia, Walnut and Keyaki (Zelkova). Will arrive in original gift box and opening diagram.
