This work was designed and sold through a 2025 Karakuri Lottery and was a limited release. The crafter describes their work as, " This work is a remake of a Christmas present for 2017. The appearance has changed slightly but the trick is the same as the original one. It was the first time for me to make the original one as a Christmas gift. Therefore, I tried my best to make it look like an actual gift. The mechanism as well has the movement of exchanging gifts. I think it is better if two people open this together ." Crafted by Shou Sugimoto. Constructed in M aple, Chanchin ,Magnolia ,Keyaki (Zelkova). Measures approximately 80 x 80 x 78 mm. with a storage space of 66 x 6 6 36 mm. Arrives with opening instructions and gift box.
