RELEASED: 10.27.2005 PRODUCED: Approximately 60 Copies DESIGNER: Robert Yarger CRAFTSMAN: Robert Yarger MATERIAL: Maple / Oak / Hickory COMMENTS: Although not strictly a puzzle box, this Lock Box certainly has puzzling properties! To open the box, the three wooden dials must be set to the proper position. As you can see in the pictures, a complex hand-crafted locking mechanism acts like the internal workings of a safe to keep the box's contents secure. The dials can be reset to any combination by the owner of the box. When I first received this box from the Stickman company, I fooled around with the mechanism and discovered that the box may be opened without the combination if the puzzle solver is astute enough.
