In the maker's words

DESIGNER: Jon Keegan MATERIAL: 6061 Aluminum, Ball Bearings SIZE: 1.97" x 3.25"Â Double Tumbler is the second and more difficult iteration of the Tumbler puzzle. The Double Tumbler shares two identical pieces with his little brother but yet has added two distinctly different parts. Similar to the Tumbler, there are added slots and indicating marks included to aid in the puzzle experience. "A different twist on a classic by Wil Strijbos Objectives: Use indicating marks to find puzzle alignment. Release tumblers into the body of the puzzle. Release double tumbler end cap. Twist-turn-shake-solve-learn. No external tools required. No force required. All movements are gravity-assisted." Mr. Puzzle posted a great video review of Double Tumbler (Warning: contains solution spoilers) Handling Metal Puzzles While all metals tarnish over time, residual oil and salt from handling speeds up the process and leaves fingerprints. An individually packaged metal cleansing cloth is included with each metal puzzle sold on Cubicdissection. Metal Puzzle Polishing Kits which contain a larger cleansing cloth and microfiber polishing towel are also available . This item is sold out and no longer available.
