RELEASED: 1.31.2015 PRODUCED: 38 Copies DESIGNER: Dario Uri CRAFTSMAN: Eric Fuller MATERIAL: Wenge, Maple COMMENTS: Dario Uri is a new designer (to me at least). When I saw his Uri Three Bars design I knew immediately that I wanted to make it. Luckily Mr. Uri was happy to let me make a batch, so now you can get one too! This is a VERY unusual puzzle and a lot of fun to solve. The goal is to intersect the three open ended pieces such that they push all the way in flush to the base. With a single level 10 solution, it's quite a tricky task to figure out how the various notches and blocks interact. Tons of fun! Construction is strong with a fully shouldered base supporting the four stick portions of each piece. Notches are precisely located, and blocks are glued into dados rather than simply flush glued to the outside. Ends are beveled and all that good stuff. These puzzles turned out very nicely. 38 copies made for sale, each signed and dated. This puzzle is shipped Unassembled. SIZE: 4" PRICE: $81 (SOLD OUT) This item is sold out and no longer available.
