In the maker's words

The Pelican Secret Puzzle Box was crafted for select Karakuri members in 2016. The crafter "wanted to make a box in the shape of a pelican’s head. Of course, the head is the lid. The yellow and white timbers matched beautifully well together". This Karakuri Puzzle measures approximately 106 x 75 x 60 mm and is crafted in Japanese Torreya, Mizuki (Dogwood), Walnut and Cherry Woods. Arrives with opening instructions and gift box. *As this puzzle was a limited edition release, we have only 2 for sale.
