In the maker's words

This work was designed for an exhibition with the theme of "forest". The Puzzle is make up of a variety of over 10 woods from all over the world including Katsura, Oak and Rosewood! While not a complex piece, it IS very colorful. The motif is firewood for a fireplace. The trick is simple. When correctly activated, a drawer will slide outward. Crafted in April 2011, this puzzle measures 128×98×93 mm
