The five pieces, however, can most certainly be taken apart. Putting them back together, however, is a whole new problem in itself. My suggestion for solving this puzzle would be to not apply too much pressure. Solve it or not, the five pieces exude a kind of elegance, spiraling into a comfortable fit in the palm of your hand. Hanayama started in the mid-1930s as a manufacturer and retailer of traditional games, indoor pursuits, and other toys, and from the very beginning has placed a great emphasis on creative ideas and good quality. More than eighty years later, Hanayama continues to make cast puzzles that are guaranteed to be fun and interesting amusements for people of all ages.
