In the maker's words

RELEASED: 8.25.2011 PRODUCED: 30 Copies DESIGNER: Gregory Benedetti CRAFTSMAN: Eric Fuller MATERIAL: Wenge, Zebrawood, Maple COMMENTS: I choose the designs I make based on what I find interesting as a collector. The appearance of this puzzle really grabbed me, and the fact that it was using the coffin cube pyramid shape with a level 5.1.2 solution was impressive as well. I made a prototype and realized that the solution was not as difficult as say a six piece burr of the same level. It's not trivial, but it's also not difficult. In any case, I decided to use contrasting wood on the pieces, essentially trading a little difficulty for a lot of appeal. I'm happy with how this one turned out. Definitely a unique little puzzle and fun to solve. 30 copies made for sale, each signed and dated. SIZE: 2.75" PRICE: $56 (SOLD OUT) This item is sold out and no longer available.
